We suddenly discover that we can no longer do what we used to do the way in which we used to do it! I used to fly around the roller rink with the speed of at least 20mph! Since my surgery, on a good day I can walk without pain! The joints of the body are often the most neglected. We don't even think about pain, until pain reminds us. Sometimes gently, often times not. Never in a million plus one years, would I have been the one to go to the gym daily. I've since discovered what Grandma had been saying for years. If you don't use it, you will lose it. Keeping that thought in mind, I share our discoveries to keep you out of the medical system. Remember the garden?
