Illinois Council Against Handgun Violence The Illinois Council Against Handgun Violence (ICHV) has partnered with public officials, community leaders and business leaders to create a Concealed Carry Education Campaign that includes an Illinois Citizens Concealed Carry Handbook and a Gun Free Business Campaign. Check out ICHV's Concealed Carry and Me website. The Illinois Citizens Concealed Carry Handbook is available online or in print at ICHV's office as well as the offices of partnering public officials. Candace Moore will lead The Concealed Carry Education Campaign by educating business owners to make them aware of their rights to prohibit loaded, concealed handguns, and to promote individual policies restricting them. This is the place for young people to talk about: sexual health, relationships, mental health, family issues, physical activity, juvenile justice, nutrition, flu season, and more. Youth age 11 to 18 are invited to submit written posts, photographs, podcasts, artwork, or other formats. $25 Target gift cards will be rewarded to every blog post author.
